DeckCrate searches the current folder and all of its sub-folders recursively.

• Keyboard: Ctrl+F
• Controller: Y

Results show each match together with the sub-folder it lives in. The breadcrumb displays the active query and reverts when you navigate away.

Acting on results

Because results can span multiple folders, actions are handled with care:

• Work as usual: rename, copy, cut, bookmark, trash, and undo.
• Batch rename restarts its number counter per folder and groups the preview by folder.
• Compress confirms the target .zip path first; extract shows the destination folder.
• Paste, new folder, and drop are blocked with a brief notice as they have no single destination.
